Our contestants have an eclectic mix of topics. Will Victorian Rich Healey know all there is to know about his topic the TV series Red Dwarf and will it be enough to compete against fellow Victorian Jak Dowling? Jak's fascinated with the controversial American hip hop group the Insane Clown Posse.
Hot on their heels is Canberra student James Woodman, his topic is the World of Warcraft online games and he's spent quite a bit of time playing them.
Tonight's Brain's Trust panel of experts include Dr Barry Jones, First Tuesday Book Club host Jennifer Byrne and comedian Lawrence Mooney.
