New episodes for semester 1, 2008 are Making Decisions, Australian Wildlife, Sport, Global Warming, Natural Disasters and Dollar Sense.

This "Australian wildlife" special lets us give some Aussie natives the Behind the News treatment. We talk to an expert about the dangers of snakes, discover a fish that's been crosssed with a chainsaw and join a class of kids as they scour the bush for creepy crawlies.

Planet Earth can be unprecictable and destructive and this BtN special looks at "Natural disasters", how and why they occur and what can be done to cope with the consequences. In Australia we cover the devastation of floods to the desperation of those caught up in crippling drought. Further afield we look at the earthquakes of Indonesia and ask if Australia is at risk.
