Conflict ends for Jawoyn Association
Months of conflict within the Jawoyn Aboriginal Association, which owns and operates Nitmiluk Tours at the Katherine gorge, may have come to an end yesterday.
The board of directors voted to remove advisers John Ah Kit and Brian Kimmings from the Association.
After being stood down for a period Wes Miller was re-instated as Executive Director.
Rev heads gather for toy run
Rev heads in Katherine will jump on their motor bikes and in their cars tomorrow for the annual charity toy run.
All donations are being made to the children's ward at the hospital.
Dean Hersey from the motorcross club will be kick-starting his bike, not forgetting he's had a few injuries in his time.
The toy parade starts at the ABC building on Saturday the 29th at 10:30am.
