Feed Me - Kayla's Wraps
You'll be wrapped with these!
Following on from the yumminess of Jaxon's Wraps, today we're making Kayla's Wraps.
You'll need:
• 2 large tortillas
• some low-fat cottage cheese
• lettuce leaves washed and dried
• 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 small Lebanese cucumber, chopped
• 4 walnut halves
First thing to do is warm the tortillas in a microwave. Just put them on high for 40 seconds and remember help and or permission.
Ding! Mine are done.
Now lay a lettuce leaf on each tortilla, then top with cheese, tomato, onion, cucumber and walnuts.
To finish just fold one end of the tortilla over the filling then fold in the other sides.
Now Kayla says to serve immediately, while the tortilla is warm.

Ooooow, it's tastes so fresh, healthy and juicy. The walnuts and cottage cheese go together really well. This is a great recipe for vegetarians 4.6 Mmm mm mmms out of five!
