The lonely life of an artist.
Born in 1947 and raised in Mornington, Victoria, Finola Moorhead became a full-time writer in 1973 and has written poetry and short stories as well as four novels, which include feminist crime fiction. Her work has received Victorian Premier's Literary awards and in 1991 she was given the Vance Palmer Prize for Fiction for "Still Murder".
