Summer weather predictions

So what can we expect for the coming summer weather? Well we've had several years of drought conditions across much of Australia, and 2005 is shaping up to be the hottest year on record for Australia, but some welcome rain has come to many parts of the country in recent months. Will this trend continue into summer, or will we head back into hot dry weather once again?
