Swedish Business Leader, Michael Treschow

The head of Sweden's peak industry body, the Board of Swedish Enterprise, and of Ericsson, Michael Treschow, was in Australia recently, sounding very impressed with our industrial models and our patterns of importing labour. He says that Swedish society and labour force is mono cultural and inflexible and could learn from Australia.
