The Federal government is looking at major changes to industrial relations legislation when it takes control of the Senate in July. This could involve taking over managing industrial relations from the States. Joe Catanzariti says it is possible and would be welcomed by employers, as there would only be single awards, and it would make the system much easier to manage.
