Iran emerging as the US withdraws?

As the debate in the US rages about a potential troop withdrawal from Iraq, another debate is simmering in the Middle East.
It appears some moderate Arab states, while publicly arguing the US should get out, are privately concerned about the ramifications if the superpower does retreat.
Their concerns lie with the possible emergence of Iran as the region's main power broker.
