NT Intervention - The Good ...

Next month it will be one year since Prime Minister John Howard and his Minister Mal Brough announced the dramatic Federal intervention into Indigenous affairs in the Northern Territory.

Since then of course, there's been a change of government in Canberra, but the core elements of the emergency response have remained in place - as has the task force overseeing it.

This week in The National Interest we ask the woman charged with implementing the intervention what's been done, what still needs to be done, and what she would do differently if she had her time again.
