Chris Smither at the Brunswick Music Festival
|
Chris Smither was born in New Orleans and is regarded as one of the treasures of the American roots scene. Inspired by the old blues singers he's created a body of songs that are expressive, perceptive, witty and entertaining.
He accompanies his rich, expressive voice with an easy-flowing finger-picking guitar style and a constantly stomping foot.
First broadcast in Music Deli in April 2007
