Homelessness first hand
Chris Hartley and Kevin

It's National Homeless Person's Week and its theme this year is 'Homelessness - it's not who you think'.
The Homeless Persons Legal Service has talked in depth to a lot of homeless people to find out what would really make a difference to their lives.
Their responses were both expected, with high rents a major obstacle to housing, and surprising. One respondent said more empathy in the wider society would make the most difference to her.
Kevin talks about what it's like to live on the streets, and how he's made the transition to housing after living rough for 20 of the past 30 years.
The federal government's white paper on homelessness is expected next month.
