There's a very hot debate these days about sexualisation and the targeting of young women by popular culture and marketing.

Writer Maggie Hamilton spent two years talking to experts and has done interviews with more than a hundred young girls about the pressures facing them. She believes this generation is being 'overstimulated, oversold and oversexed'.

Her new book, What's happening to our girls? explains how young women are growing up too fast and, alongside that, how parents are losing confidence in their ability to parent.
