We begin a new series of Multiple Choice with social commentator Susan Maushart.
Today she visits voice coach James Hagan and discovers that accent is, to some extent, a matter of choice.
James coaches her in the finer points of the Australian accent but she finds after 22 years, her American accent is well entrenched.
