What is rich?
|
Today's Federal Budget, described already as a Robin Hood budget, is dealing with a different notion of 'rich' than was the case a decade ago. 'Rich' is now a lot richer than it was.
We discuss degrees of affluence, and how people position themselves and their incomes, as political and economic circumstances change.
We also analyse how this Government is responding to increased incomes.
