The Western Herald
The Western Herald: Bourke. Bourke's main newspaper, The Western Herald, has been produced from this building since the 1880s. When Henry Lawson was in Bourke he wrote for the Western Herald, and the paper also reported regularly on union activity, including references to Arthur and John Andrews.
