Trends - Fermented fashion
|
Trends and Products is the part of the show where each we look at a development in a particular part of the designed world.
This week the part of the world we're looking at is fashion, and the development is a fabric that grows. In fact, a fabric which can be grown from wine and shaped into a garment.
The development is the result of the Micro 'be' research project by Agricultural researchers at the University of Western Australia.
