Since 2005 there has been a dramatic shuffle of MPs in the WA parliament. Five government ministers have either resigned or been sacked, while on the opposition benches there have been five Liberal Party leaders, including Colin Barnett who is enjoying his second stint as leader. Western Australia will vote on September 6, and the polls show that Premier Alan Carpenter has a fight on his hands.
