Australia's cocoa beans not just for chocolate

It's harvest time at the moment in Far North Queensland for the cocoa bean, Australia's latest exotic tropical crop. Most of the world's cocoa beans are grown in developing countries, especially Africa, and end up making the chocolate that we all seem unable to resist. But in a surprising twist, it seems that it's not the cocoa bean and chocolate making that will make our industry internationally competitive.
