Australia's national airline, Qantas, has announced what it says is a 'new deal' for its Frequent Flyer members, guaranteeing a seat at any time on any flight. The upgraded scheme comes as Qantas prepares to sell off up to 40 per cent of its program as a separate entity to be listed on the stockmarket.
