Tensions between Israel and Iran

Large-scale military drills by the Israeli military is again stoking speculation that Israel might attack Iran's nuclear facilities. The story is also being fuelled by an article by American journalist Seymour Hersh, who is saying the US is running a covert operation in Iran and conducting cross-border raids. Washington denies any such operation, but the endless speculation of an attack is helping drive up world oil prices.
