Bureaucracy blocks aid to Burma
Up to 2 million Burmese are in dire need of help after cyclone Nargis tore through the reclusive country last week. But aid is only trickling through because supplies and relief workers are still struggling to find a diplomatic way through Burma's military bureaucracy. World Vision is one of the few organisations that has managed to get in to Burma after delicate negotiations with the government, but they too are frustrated by the slow pace of relief efforts.
