Federal opposition challenges government's budget plans

Today the Rudd government will deliver its first budget. Already the government says there will be some tough cuts to government spending in the bid to bring down inflation, while still delivering election promises. But the federal opposition leader, Brendan Nelson, says the government has overstated the inflation problems, and needs to rethink.
