After all the talk and the leaks -- or strategically placed stories -- the Labor government hands down its Budget tomorrow night, its first since 1995. Treasurer Wayne Swan says it will be tough and will help fight the 'cancer' of inflation. But will the Budget be austere enough to really avert further interest rate rises this year?
