Zimbabwe's presidential elelctions
Zimbabwe's Justice Minister Patrick Chinamasa says opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai is free to return to the country, although he did not rule out the possibility that he would be arrested. Mr Tsvangirai is expected to return home in the next few days after spending several weeks touring around Africa looking for support. He's given pre-conditions for taking part in a presidential run-off, having beaten President Robert Mugabe in an inconclusive first round.
