In an incident that isn't likely to help the festive season for american airlines, a Paris based flight that was bound for Miami was diverted when a passenger was found to be carrying explosives in his shoes. The million dollar question being asked is how, after September 11, the would-be bomber, got as far as he did with plastic explosives in his posession. We speak to Billie H Vincent, former head of the American Federal Aviation Authority.
