When we hear the name Uri Geller, it usually brings to mind the image of a spoon. Yesterday, the man turned 55. But we don't speak to the great man about his age but rather, his latest act, in the name of world peace. The Israeli-born spoon bender has been bending the silver at Middle Eastern restaurants ever since September 11, in a bid to send a message of peace through food.
