While the United States has been at war it's been keeping a nervous eye on two of Afghanistan's nearest nuclear neighbours - India and Pakistan. Especially since a brazen attack on the Indian Parliament last week. Fourteen people died when Kashmiri seperatists attempted to storm the parliamentary building. Sarah MacDonald speaks to Robin Jeffery, Professor of Politics from La Trobe University in Melbourne.
