Most of us have had the fortune (or misfortune) of being captured on somebody's home video. And while the expereince may not be something you want to remember, two film makers in Melbourne want to make your home videos into a film, to be on semi permanent display at Federation Square. We speak to the filmakers, Richard Raber and Naomi Bishops.
