Who's afraid of China?

The Olympics was seen by many as China's 'coming out party' as a global superpower. China's explosive growth presents extraordinary opportunities for the world, but with its troubling human rights record, hunger for natural resources and increasing political and military influence the question must be asked - should we fear the rise of China?
