Northern Territorians occupy a unique part of Australia. To many it's our last frontier. And significantly it's still a territory. A bid for statehood was rejected by voters 6 years ago. Now it's back on the agenda, but is the Territory destined to be the never-never state?

Tax, TAFE Colleges and industrial relations...Canberra wants to take control from the States who, they say, have failed to deliver. The States say it's nothing more than a power grab. So do we need to change the division of power in our federal system?
