Five years ago Tom Dawkins had a dream to create an independent
community website that would allow young artists to share
their ideas.
He started vibewire.net
and since then it has grown to include a film festival and
space for young people to write their own film and book reviews,
and submit creative writing. We invited Tom Dawkins to give
us his top 5 Innovative Community Websites.
