Our emotions can be so unpredictable and messy, and have traditionally been considered as something opposed to rational, cognitive thought...something more basic. But renowned philosopher, lawyer and ethicist Martha Nussbaum argues that our emotional life has a discerning, rational intelligence of its own. This week, a feature interview with a great thinker - on the minefield that is our emotional landscape.
