Delivery

Please allow at least 12 - 15 working days for delivery. If you require a program urgently please advise at the time of purchase and we will endeavour to arrange delivery by Australia Post Express or overnight courier (additional charges will apply).

Postage

Prices are inclusive of standard postage within Australia only. If you require overnight or courier delivery, or international delivery additional charges are applicable. Price available at time of ordering.

Previews

We invite educational institutions only to preview prior to purchase, we value your feedback as customer satisfaction is an essential element of our business. All programs are available "on approval". Your request for previews must be clearly marked on your official school order form or arranged directly with one of our sales coordinators - conditions apply. After three weeks an invoice will be issued if the program(s) are not returned within a week of that return due date.

All programs are supplied subject to the following conditions:

• The material will not be broadcast publicly, copied, edited, downloaded or screened to paying audiences or used for any commercial purposes.
• The programs can be used for non-paying audiences including classrooms, lectures, trade exhibitions, museum and library screenings, staff training and conferences.
• The complete program may be used for transmission within classrooms as part of e-learning and distance learning systems subject to prior written approval being obtained from the ABC.
