An Upper House parliamentary inquiry is to be set-up to investigate the state of Victoria's hospital system. The Opposition and minor party's this week combined to force the public inquiry, which will travel across Victoria to investigate the true state of hospital waiting lists, emergency departments and pressure on medical staff.
