Georgia agrees to a ceasefire with Russia

France's Foreign Minister says Georgia has agreed to a ceasefire with Russia after French and Finnish ministers held talks in Tbilisi with the Georgian President. But now Russia's Vladimir Putin has accused the US of airlifting Georgian troops into the conflict zone.
