One of the beef industry highlights of the Royal Brisbane Show is the led steer competition. Over the past few months young cattle have been groomed for their big moment in the ring by teams of young handlers most of them agriculture students from across Queensland. As Amanda Collins found there is a lot more than just a blue ribbon at stake for the kids from Warwick High School and their Charolais steer Top Dollar.
