No appeal against McKinnon's suspension

The New Zealand Warriors will not be given the chance to appeal against Wade McKinnon's three-match suspension for spitting at a touch judge.

The Warriors sought leave to appeal against last night's judiciary decision, but judiciary chairman Greg Woods has knocked back the request.
