Libs promise $50m for Kalgoorlie hospital

The Opposition Leader Colin Barnett has pledged $50 million to upgrade Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital if the Liberals win government.

The upgrade would include a new MRI scanner.

Mr Barnett is flying to the Goldfields city this morning for the official announcement.

He says hospitals in regions like Kalgoorlie, have been neglected by the Labor government for too long.
