Port Adelaide CEO confident of success

Posted August 19, 2008 18:02:00

Port Adelaide's new chief executive officer Mark Haysman says he is confident he can lead the Power into a new era of success.

He takes over from John James, who is leaving to work in the United States.

He says the Port Adelaide job is a challenge, but one he was eager to accept.

"Just very excited about the opportunity and look forward to being involved with an outstanding group of leaders within this business, in particular the guys that run our footy area with Mark Williams and with Peter Rhode," he said.
