Written by Geoffrey Atherden, this satirical examination of black-white relations in Australia was set in the fictitious land of Babakiueria (barbeque area) where white people were in the minority and had to obey black laws. Released 1986.

This 1973 film was based on a black theatre production at the Nimrod theatre in Sydney. It comprises a series of comic/ tragic sketches in which most of the black actors wear white masks ('white face') and take white roles. It was produced by Bill Monro and directed by Nicholas Parsons.
