Ingredients

500 grams of meat
2 spoons of ginger paste
2 spoons of garlic paste
half cup of olive oil
1 cup of macadamia nuts
250 grams coconut milk
pinch of salt to taste

Preparation
Free Range Pork
This is wild Pig that we have on the Fitzroy River in the Kimberley.

Stir all of the above ingredients all together in a bowl then put in the meat and leave over night to marinate

Cooking:
Heat pan or BBQ
Till oil is hot and throe the meat and marinate on keep stirring till meat is cooked this will take about 5 minutes keep it stirred
Then serve with rice or hot bread.
