While these biscuits are undeniably a treat, they do have plenty of fibre.

Preheat oven to 160 celcius fan-forced (180 celcius conventional).
Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate, in a large bowl; stir well to combine.
Press 1-2 tablespoons of mixture into a 7cm biscuit cutter on a paper-lined baking tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and cooked. Remove from tray and cool on a wire rack.
Spread the melted chocolate on the back of each biscuit and leave to set.
Store the biscuits in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
