Public Reports on Audience Comments and Complaints

As part of the ABC's commitment to accountability and transparency, the ABC publishes a quarterly report on audience comments and complaints. These reports provide an overview of audience contacts received by Audience & Consumer Affairs during the quarter, as well as details of all complaints upheld by Audience & Consumer Affairs, and all reviews finalised by the Complaints Review Executive.
