Conditions of Hire
Here is a summary of ABC Costumes’ terms and conditions of hire provided as a brief guide to you, our valued customer. Full terms are provided with invoice at time of hiring.
- All hired articles remain the property of the ABC.
- For manufacture and purchase transactions, all items remain the property of the ABC until fully paid for.
- A security bond will be required at the time of hire.
- Any hired article returned late will be subject to late fees.
- Cancellation fees may apply.
- Damaged or lost articles must be paid for at the current replacement cost, in some cases this will mean the full retail price.
- The standard period of hire is for three days. Variations from the standard period can be negotiated. Additional charges may apply.
- ABC Costumes does not organise delivery.
