Their diverse career histories include successful periods at broadcasters such as the ABC, BBC, TVNZ, Network Ten, the Nine Network and SBS, and production houses such as Crawford Productions and Grundy Productions.

The team's combined expertise is now being used to serve resourcing relationships with companies including Global Television and TVNZ; to create product for clients including P&O Cruises and Chubb; and to provide resources to leading producers such as Southern Star, Crackerjack and Screentime, as they make television programming for networks in Australia and overseas.
